Start from the beginning, definitely :) I started randomly watching and then decided to start right at the beginning and the first episodes are really really good because they kinda set up the characters and the feel of the show and stuff.
Thanks. I came across an episode last night on cable and wondered if I could just start watching the syndicated reruns on cable. One of these days I might rent the first season.

Seriously, B&B are cute and fun and all that garbage, but they FUBAR'D the show with the S3 finale.
Or, if you're okay with being MindFrakked FOR.NO.REASON. I'd say it's safe to start with S2. S1 is more stand alone-ish and makes you sad in S2&3 when they screw with stuff.
