You know how in tv shows they create fake pictures using old pictures of the actors to show the character when they were younger? Those pictures are usually so obviously fake. In tonight's episode of House there was this picture of House when he was in college. At first Cuddy called it a fake. Then at the end House admits it was real. Of course in reality it was doctored with Hugh Laurie's face put on someone else's body. It's just kinda funny because I'm looking at the picture and can see it's obviously a fake, but I as the viewer am suppose to suspend disbelief and see it as genuine or a really well done fake.
