I watched the first half of Dollhouse and got bored. There's nothing about it that makes me care about the characters or what's going on with them.

Haven't seen it yet, but I'll give it a go. It's got a few people from past fandoms in it.

I wasn't sure I liked the premise before watching it but I thought I'd give it a chance. The idea that the characters were given different personalities every week didn't really sound like my kind of thing. I can't really care much about the character if they're changing so drastically from week to week.

With the characters given different identities every week they're essentially different characters every week. So I find it hard to care about them. It's not that it's necessarily a bad show, I think it's just what will appeal to an individual person.
