It didn't hit me it was her until she walked up to Tony and Tim handing over her resignation. It was that look she gave Tony.

I wasn't really conscious of a difference with those two in the season premiere. But I did like how Tim was much more assertive in this episode.

Oh and the scene near the end when Ziva insisted on a conversation with Gibbs. Her last words in that conversation was such an aww moment. I've always liked how Gibbs is such a father figure to the others.
