One would logically conclude that because TH/EW will be a recurring character she will not appear in the opening credits. Some were getting pissy that others were stating that it is a FACT TH/EW will not be in the opening credits because of recurring status.
No, tptb have not explicitly said TH/EW will not be in the opening credits, but it's a reasonable assumption and I don't think the ones calling it a fact will lose sleep over calling it a fact even if it hasn't been explicitly stated as fact.
