I think I may read To Kill a Mockingbird again. It has its sad moments, but it's a very uplifting story in many ways and I just love all the characters. That was another thing about Wicked. I just couldn't like any of the characters.
To Kill a Mockingbird has some not very nice characters, but they're so full and interesting that I can't help but like them. And it has some really good and honorable characters to balance things out.
