I understand if someone is talking about specific issues they felt were the cause of its cancellation.

I don't know. The comments I've seen seem to say the show should just keep going and if it's ever canceled then it's a bad thing. To me cancellation can be a good thing. I don't like to see my favorite show run into the ground. Of course I realize that's a subjective pov and it varies from person to person how long is too long for a show to last.
