Finally saw the X-Files movie

Wow, my Mom actually sat down long enough to watch a movie with me. It was The X-Files I want to Believe. She promised she'd take me to see it at the theater, but it just never happened. So we rented it. And now she's glad she didn't take me to see it at the theater. It was a bit too much for her.

I liked the movie, but some things in there were too much for me too.

My mom gets startled easily when things or people jump out at other people in scenes. I'm usually expecting it and can see it coming a mile away so it doesn't often get to me.

I agree. There were some hard parts. Did you like it?

I enjoyed the stuff about Mulder and Scully, but didn't find the story all that compelling.

Yeah, through the whole ep...er movie I was thinking "where's the X-File in this?". I guess it was just this former priest was psychic. Um okay.
