Dream

I had a dream early this morning where I started crying in it. I don't remember any other details of the dream, but when I started to wake up I was actually crying. I haven't had one of those dreams for awhile. It's always a very surreal experience. I wake up sobbing with tears and once I'm fully awake I can just stop. One moment I'm sobbing, the next I'm as calm as can be as if I haven't been sobbing.

I occasionally got those dreams but for 2 weekends in a row I've had a dream where I've woken up crying and remembered the dream. And on one of the dreams I woke up and actually took a few minutes to work out and prove to myself that it was in a dream and not real life because it was real.

But yeah, have had the crying dreams before. They are very strange.
