It's so weird having the World Cup all over the news and media here. In the past I have only known it was happening because of reading Stargate Atlantis fanfic. I would find a lot of fanfic that had to do with the World Cup while it was going on. LOL

I've never read it in fanfics before. It's strange in general to see it so popular. Apparently soccer is now a thing in the US, lol.
