The Return Of The X-Files

I read there are plans to bring The X-Files back for a limited run. I think it's going to be six episodes.

I love the show, but it went down hill in the last few seasons. I can't imagine what they could do with it. Still the idea of having Mulder and Scully on my tv again even for a little while is kind of exciting.

I think I may be the only one who was never really interested in the over arching conspiracy storyline. I preferred the stand alone episodes (filler episodes to everyone else).

There's no date yet, but probably some time during the 2015-2016 season.

I thought I would be more excited. I mean, I was a member of the Official Fan Club, lol. But I'm kinda meh for the same reasons as you. I liked the stand alones.

I have not even seen the second movie.

Eh, I wouldn't bother with the second movie. My mom was going to take me to see it at the theater, but it didn't pan out so we rented it later. We were glad we didn't go to the theater to see it.

If you shipped them the only thing the movie had was that Mulder and Scully were living together.
