Spring might actually be arriving this year

OMG, I can see patches of grass amongst all the snow.

Also I can tell it's been warmer the last couple of days; I kept getting startled by the sounds of kids in the neighborhood shouting and playing.

Most of our snow has melted here, except for the deeper patches along the driveways, etc, where it was heaped up by the snowplows. I was startled just now to see that my tulips are already coming up. :)

They're predicting a thunderstorm tonight. It's funny how the weather can change so dramatically in such a short time.

We were just around ten inches away from the record of most snow in a winter. It looks like the previous record is gonna stand for another winter. :D
