Well, this is weird. I made a post on my LJ, but it disappeared and re-appeared after posting this one. I deleted the previous one anyway. I was saying I need to cut way back on GW now. I really don't want to run into a comment that was accidentally not put ino spoiler tags. And I really don't like posts that say things like "That episode sucked...spoilers under the cut." Or "That was a waste of my time...spoilers under the cut."

On a happier note, I watched Eureka last night. "God is in the Details". Teryl Rothery was in the episode. :) I couldn't help the laugh her character comments about her deceased husband. His name was Daniel. And every time the name was brought up I giggled.

I was pleased with how they handled Christianity in the episode. It's nice to see that just because the town is full of geniuses they're not all against believing in a higher being.

Although I think it would have been nice if they had used a more current song in their church service instead of Amazing Grace. I like the song. It's a beautiful song. But it's been done.

ETA: Does anyone know of any good Daniel/Janet fic that isn't secondary to Jack/Sam ship?

People on GW are pathetic.
There was 100 times more squee on here last night than on GW. I just can't be bothered with them anymore. They're a bunch of whiney 3 year olds sometimes. All the nice people have left and have come on LJ anyway.

I don't know if you've ever seen Northern Exposure, but Eureka is kind of a cross between Northern Exposure and X-files.
