It was only out of my peripheral vision but yeah I think so. It's not completely an impossibility. In fact it's quite possible. There are the occasional deer sightings in residential areas in my state. It was just not something I had ever seen before.

I sadly have deer running down and up and across my street all the time. Comes from living in the country. What makes it sad is the amount of them that get hit.
I did love watching a group of them in the cornfield one day. One wanted to go one way and the others wanted to go another. The one kept running away and then back and then away and then back. They finally all went the way the group wanted to go. He just stood by himself for a minute and pouted, then followed them. I sat in my driveway laughing.
