It was only out of my peripheral vision but yeah I think so. It's not completely an impossibility. In fact it's quite possible. There are the occasional deer sightings in residential areas in my state. It was just not something I had ever seen before.
BTW love your CJ I on. I thought my Lorne icon was the most fitting. :D
