Severe weather and TV
May. 3rd, 2012 07:39 pmI cannot wait until network shows come to their season finales. I'm sick of being interrupted at the last minute of a show by local weather reports. Thankfully all my summer shows are on cable where they don't interrupt the show for a weather report to tell me something I already know because they've been scrolling the info across the bottom of my screen for the last 28 and a half minutes.
OMG! Spell check does not check for the correctly spelled wrong word people.

After only one episode of the new USA network show Suits and only a few threads on the official site's forum, a half a dozen more threads have been started all complaining about the show's language. All different screen names.

Dec. 13th, 2009 12:44 amOh man, it is definitely that time of the month. My dad has been driving me nuts most of the day. First he didn't knock the ice cicles off the sides of the roof like I asked him to a few days ago and one of my windows was leaking tonight.
Then he has a temper tantrum because he can't find a coupon which is something about him I've never been able to handle.
And last I asked him to pick up a staple from the floor because I couldn't reach down that far but he couldn't understand what I was talking about. I had to explain what a fricken staple is. *hits head on desk several times*
I am so ready for bed.

For the last week it has either not been loading or when it does I get this page that tells me they're working on the site to make things better. They're always working on the site. The truth is I have one more DVD to rent from them and then I'm closing my account with them. I have found Netflix much better.

Jun. 21st, 2009 11:39 pmGolf ran over ten minutes tonight. When the hell does that happen?! I programed in Merlin to be recorded because I wasn't going to be home to watch it. I saw there would be two episodes back to back so I set it for two hours. Then when I come home I see golf ran long. Ten minutes long! I missed the last ten minutes of the second episode.
*screams* First my dad buys me fake cheetos puffs, then he buys me Snickers with coconut in it. Now I just realized I forgot about BSG last night!And the last fifteen minutes of something I recorded didn't get recorded. *is royally pissed*
