Tornado season

A New Being Human

Primeval Question
Jan. 9th, 2011 11:36 amI've seen the first two episodes of Primeval this season which was simple luck. I didn't know it was premiering on January 1st; I has just found while looking to see if the Doctor Who Christmas ep was on--also luck finding that.
I knew Primeval was returning in 2011 I just didn't think it was going to be the first day of the year.
Anyway I have a question. What's the name of the flying lizard Abby found and named and has taken care of from the beginning of the show?

Worst Awards Show Ever
Jan. 6th, 2011 11:24 amAfter two hours of the People's Choice Awards I think I may have lost a few IQ points.
I don't know how these things get nominated but "the people" have mostly had bad taste when voting In this award show IMO.
And then I spent the two hours waiting for a particular category only to find it wasn't presented on the show. Finally later when I looked for the answer on the Internet I find it was another show that won and not the one I liked. So "the people's" choice for favorite TV obsession is one about a serial killer whose victims are alleged serial killers. Sorry to any Dexter fans on my flist.
At the very least Hawaii Five-0 won for favorite new TV series.

It seems I'm so tired I'm losing my ability to spell correctly.
Spent the afternoon and evening with my parents at my mom's best friend's house with the friend's sons (with whom I grew up) and their young children and spouses.
It's been a loud afternoon and evening.
Back home watching the Mythbusters marathon and eating the Lindor chocolate my sister sent me.

Bored so I shall rant
Dec. 24th, 2010 05:34 pmI just don't get how people will give glowing, 'zomg it's awesome' reviews to fanfic which are completely illogical.
I was the first person to politely and respectfully explain the issue i had with the fic. I probably would have just given up if it hadn't started off well. It has a good mystery but I think the mystery is just there to create the conflict between the two main characters.
It's like she doesn't care how she gets from point A to point B.
Anyway I am just bored. There is nothing on TV tonight and I'm already suffering from Sanctuary withdrawl
