Yesterday there were a bunch of episodes of Castle from season 3 on. I tend to remember scenes from the show, but can never remember what episodes those scenes belong to. I can't connect those great Castle/Beckett scenes we've gotten over the years to their respective cases of the week.

First I was really wanting to see the scene where Beckett asks Castle if he wanted to get something to eat at the end of the episode. It was after he had just broken up with Gina, but I couldn't remember what the episode was that it was in. But then suddenly there it was. 'Poof, You're Dead' was the episode btw.

Now there's one other episode that I've been thinking about. It's the episode where throughout it, Castle is talking about an old movie. I think the movie was 'Forbidden Planet'. Anyway, Beckett tells him she hasn't seen it even though she has and it's one of her favorites.

Does anyone know what episode that is? Was it in season 3 as well? I think season 3 is a favorite of mine. The way the relationship between Castle and Beckett grows. And particularly the focus on them as friends was a great foundation for the furthering of their relationship.

I was looking for fic for USA network's Suits which led me to think of Gina Torres who is on Suits. This led me to think of Nathan Fillion who with Gina Torres was on Firefly. Nathan led to Castle which led me to think of New York where Castle is set. And New York of course led me to think about White Collar set in New York on USA network. That leads me back to Suits set also in New York.

Now I want a Suits/White Collar/Castle fic.

Hundreds of years from now TV executives are still going to use Moonlighting as an excuse to stretch out the UST in every future show.

Reading an article in TV Guide about the current two part episode of Castle it touched on the relationship of Castle and Beckett in general. I think it was the executive producer who used Moonlighting as a reason for not getting these two together until the "bitter end". (part in quotation marks are my words)

On another note, I think I have a White Collar plot bunny.

Another Castle book is going to be published this coming September.
