A/N: One of the presents will look familiar to my fellow shippers on the Daniel/Cam thread on GW.
“No, you’re just going to have to wait,” Daniel shook his and smiled as he led Cam into the restaurant. He had reserved a private area for the birthday lunch. The hostess led them to their reserved table where the rest of their team was waiting.
Cam sat down pouting. “Oh quit,” Daniel rolled his eyes the cuteness was wearing off.
“What?” Sam asked.
“Daniel won’t tell me what he’s giving me,” Cam said.
“Daniel’s going with….”
“Eh,” Daniel began to make shushing noises and clasped his hand over Vala’s mouth for good measure. “We’re going to eat and then presents. And you are going to enjoy yourself,” he eyed Cameron.
Cam shut his mouth and made a zipping his lips shut move with his hand and smiled.
Things relaxed after that and they ordered. Cameron eyed the presents at the far end of the table every now and then. When they were finished eating he started eyeing Daniel who sat back in his chair stretching pulling his t-shirt taut against his chest. Cam took a quick drink of his ice water and looked over to Teal’c who started saying something to him.
“Okay, cake or presents first?” Sam asked.
“There’s a cake?” Cam asked.
Teal’c walked over to the other end of the table where the presents sat and picked up the cake behind the presents.
“Which do you wish to have first, Colonel Mitchell?” Teal’c asked.
“Presents,” Cam grinned.
Sam handed him a box from her. He pulled out a cream colored cable knit turtle neck sweater. “Thanks Sam.”
“I hope it fits,” she said.
Sam handed him an envelope then. He pulled out a gift card. “This is a store for heavy winter gear and ski equipment. Thanks Teal’c,” Cam was a little confused, but didn’t let it show. Teal’c nodded with a slight smile.
“My turn,” Vala grabbed her gift to give Cam handing it to him with a grin. Cam and the others eyed her somewhat suspiciously. No one knew what she was giving Cam. All their gifts were part of Daniel’s bigger gift. What Vala contributed was anyone’s guess.
Her present was in a colorful gift bag. Cam took it and peeked in. His head snapped up and he turned a slight tinge of red. “Um, thanks Vala,” he put the bag down on the floor next to him. “Are we ready for cake?” He asked.
“You might want to open this first,” Daniel handed Cam an envelope.
Cam looked slightly embarrassed and took the envelope. “Six day skiing trip?” He looked at Daniel and grinned.
“You’re always saying you want to go skiing,” Daniel said shrugging his shoulders.
Cameron sighed. If only he could kiss Daniel right now.

Cameron entered their apartment first. Daniel followed carrying the gifts.
“So are you going to tell me what Vala gave you?” Daniel put down all the gifts keeping the gift bag of Vala’s in his hand.
“Uh-uh,” Cam turned and plucked the bag out of Daniel’s hand. “I’ll share on Christmas.”
“I new it was a sex toy,” Daniel rolled his eyes. “Well, I don’t think you’ll want to use it at your parents.”
Cam made a face. “Do not ever refer to sex toys and my parents in the very next sentence. You better watch it or I won’t give you that kiss I promised if you made up for not saving me from my mom this morning.”
Daniel walked up to Cam and wrapped his arms around the other man’s waist. “I seem to recall getting sex before leaving today,” Daniel smirked laying a kiss on Cam’s pouting lips.
“So, what are you going to do on Christmas?” Cam asked. He hoped he sounded neutral when he asked. He didn’t want to guilt Daniel into going with him to his parents.
“Actually, that’s part of the rest of my birthday gift to you. Vala almost spilled the beans during lunch,” Daniel smiled at Cam’s look of confusion. “I thought if you still wanted me to, I’d go to your parent with you.”
Cam just stared at Daniel for several seconds making the archeologist uncomfortable. He was about to say something when he found himself occupied by Cam’s lips on his and tongue pushing through.
“Bed, right now,” Cam said pulling Daniel’s hand forward. In his other hand he held the gift bag with Vala’s gift.

Later Cam wrapped his arms around Daniel’s bare chest resting his head on Daniel’s shoulder.
“Cam, do you mind?” Daniel asked sounding somewhat annoyed. Metal rattled against wood.
Cam’s eyes opened. “Sorry,” he grinned and sat up. “Do you remember where I left the key?” He asked.
“Cam!” There was a warning in Daniel’s voice.
“Wait, found it,” Cam presented the key winking and unlocked the padded cuffs that had been holding Daniel to the headboard.
Once free Daniel surprised Cam wrapping his arms around him and putting him flat on his back. “You’re so going to get it,” he kissed Cam getting a moan out of him.
“Can’t wait,” Cam said as Daniel proceeded to press kisses down Cam’s chest. “Are you sure you want to come with me to my parents?”
Daniel’s head snapped up looking at his lover. “You do want me to, don’t you?”
“Yeah.”
Daniel moved back up the bed so he was looking at Cam. “But?”
“I just didn’t want you to feel you had to,” Cam shrugged feeling silly. He was beginning to wish he hadn’t said anything.
“I want to,” Daniel held onto Cam’s chin. “Okay?” Cam nodded.
“You still scare the hell out of me.”
“You still scare the hell out of me.”
They both looked at each other and laughed. Daniel kissed him soundly. “What did you do with those handcuffs?”
Cam looked over on his side of the bed and grabbed the handcuffs. Turning back to Daniel he grinned and handed them over.
