Summary: Daniel and Cameron arrive at the ski lodge
A/N: This is a short fic about Daniel and Cam's ski trip. This is one in a series of fic.
Excerpt 3
By the time they arrived at the ski lodge the sun was just beginning to go down and Daniel was tired. Between getting lost a couple of times and Cam’s exuberance he was about ready to call it a day.
Then they got into their room and Cam’s excitement seemed to amp up several notches. While Daniel began to get ready for bed Cam explored the room. They had a big fireplace across from the bed. The bed was huge and Cam bounced down on it before bouncing back up when he spotted something else.
“Hey Daniel, come here,” he waved his lover over to a sliding glass door. Opening the door he stepped out onto a deck. Looking back he noticed Daniel hadn’t followed him. He shook his head and stuck his head inside. “There’s a huge hot tub out here,” he whipped his head back out and looked some more. “Holy shit! Jackson,” he yelled. “Come see this view.”
Daniel dropped what he was doing and sighing walked out to the deck. He first saw Cam grinning from ear to ear. Daniel smiled. He loved that look on Cam.
“Look at that sky,” Cam said. “I only see this clear a sky at home.”
Daniel came up behind Cameron wrapping an arm around the other man’s waist pulling him close to his chest.
Cameron turned in Daniel’s arms and wrapped his arms around Daniel’s shoulders. Their lips met in a familiar kiss. A quiet kiss. “How about we try out that bed.”
“To sleep,” Daniel said.
“All right, I’ll let you sleep this time,” Cam pressed one more kiss to Daniel’s lips before they separated and went back into their room together.
