Who makes a building that is at least three stories tall and puts in an elevator that only goes up to the second floor?

Female characters

It's really sad that I get anxious when I see the female lead listed as a main character in a fic. It's even more sad that when I look at the warning in the fic that it says the female character is written as a nasty person when that is not true of the character in canon.
