Where is My Movie?
May. 25th, 2011 10:08 pmSo I rent DVDs from Netflix. They come in an envelope and on one side you pull off this piece that has your address to open the envelope. I brought in the mail expecting a new DVD, but all I found was that piece of the envelope that has my address. No envelope and no DVD.
On the Netflix site on my account they have a section where you can select options if the disc is damaged on arrival or hasn't arrived-I don't think they have an option for '2/3 of the envelope and disc did not arrive'. ;-)
