Just One Of Those Days

Occasionally I have these days where I am really sensitive to sound. I am having one of those days. Small sounds seem louder and more irritating like rustling of cellophane. Loud sharp sounds make my ears and head hurt and causes me to startle more easily.

And right no it's the worst because my dad and grandmother are living with me right now. Both are hard of hearing, but my grandmother's hearing is worse. So my dad basically has to yell to talk to her. If you can get my dad's attention you don't have to speak too loud. Although it's worse in the evening when I am tired and it is harder to project my voice for him to hear.
