The show isn't getting very good ratings, and it didn't get picked up for a full season with ABC's other Wed night comedies, so that's not a good sign.
It doesn't seem that Eureka cast are having that good of luck this season with their other shows. Ed Quinn was supposed to have a recurring role on the CW's A Beautiful Life - that was cancelled before he was able to appear, possibly even before his episodes were filmed. And Jamie Ray Newman's Eastwick isn't expected to last the season either.
