Rizzoli And Isles

I'm not sure if it's just me. If maybe I'm just not in the mood for this sort of show. I only watched the first twenty minutes of Rozzoli and Isles before I lost interest. The opening scene was pretty violent. Coming to the crime scene they had to graphically show a rookie detective throwing up in the bushes and then the dead body was pretty gruesome. There were two victims but one was missing I think.
Angie Harmon's character felt like a rehash of her character in Women's Murder Club. I really didn't watch it long enough to make much of an opinion on the character Isles.
Much as I'd love to see a show with two female characters in the lead who talk to each other about more than just men, I'm not sure this show is for me, at least not right now.
For now I think I just feel like fluff and escapist fair. And speaking of that, White Collar is back tomorrow night! :D
