If you are a member of weir_lorne you can post it to that journal. If you have it up at your journal just copy and paste the link to a New post on your LJ. At the bottom of the post is a drop down menu that should list the communities you've joined. Click on the comm and post.
To become a member of a comm. you can here (http://community.livejournal.com/weir_lorne/profile) and at the top is a link to click to join the comm. You'll be able to see updates on your friends list.
