I just loved this episode. I keep watching the last nine minutes in particular. Where Rodney is in John's room trying to meditate again and ends up collapsing.
I think one of the problems with McKay in season two was that he was often alone in scenes. If he's interacting with one or all of his teammates I think he's more toned down.
I am so happy with the Elizabeth/Rodney interaction this season. It was sorely lacking last season. They have such a great friendship. She's such a big sister to him. He does seem to have a bit of a crush on her at times, but I almost feel like he knows that's not what their relationship is about and he's okay with it. Still he does kind of have a crush on her. I'm not sure that made sense.
And I have a sudden urge to write Sheppard/McKay fic.
I think everyone else pretty much said it all. Great character moments with everyone.
