Pretty much all that list is wrong for me lol...but then maybe it's a culture difference between England and the USA.
We only got cable about 10 years ago. Before that we only had 4 channels.
I'm a 90s kid but I can remember coming home from playgroup and watching old tv programs like Bill and Ben or Andy Pandy (made with puppets) on Channel 4 that were made in the 1950s and were in black and white. I bet most 30 year olds can't even recall watching black and white kids tv shows! :-P
