LOL. Nope, I've been beating my head on my computer until now, but it was sort of by accident that I figured it out. :D
I'm not sure, but I think it was because I finally registered it. I connected the ipod to my computer and suddenly what I needed came up as soon as I clicked on the ipod icon in itunes.
There is a way to load vids, but I think mine aren't formatted right because it kept telling me it couldn't be done. I'm not sure how to convert them if I can.
