So I watched the whole episode of SGA's Reunion. The beginning as I said in my post last night annoyed me at first, but then it did get better.

There was a good scene between John and Carter talking about Elizabeth. John is still very determined to find Elizabeth, but Carter wasn't about to give him the go ahead for a rescue mission until she was sure he had a decent plan. Yes it was very reminscent of the scene between him and Elizabeth in Rising over whether or not he had a good plan for a rescue mission. He's learned from that experience over three years ago and has tempered his response, but is still very determined. Shows a lot of growth with John.

After watching sg-1's s10 ep. The Road Not Taken, I felt a lot better about the coming interaction between Carter and Rodney. I think what bugged me in Pegasus Project was Carter's attitude towards Rodney. When he said something and was right it seemed to pain her to admit that he was right and that annoyed. That seemed to lead to a poor portrayal of Rodney after that.

In Reunion she was nice to him. I think in Road Not Taken even though she was not interacting with "her" Rodney, she was given the chance to look at him and consider him from a different perspective. Before that she had always taken him the same way. Always looking at him through the same eyes as she did when he called her a dumb blond. Rodney has changed and she needs to realize that and I think she has and will see that. Really while she has technically known him more years than his teammates they know him better because they're with him every day for two years for Ronon and three for John and Teyla.

As for Ronon it seemed like he talked with Carter more in this ep. than he talked with Weir in two years. I've always wanted to see more interaction between him and Weir. Carter kinda got the benefit of Ronon being there for two years while Weir unfortunately got the more feral Ronon when they met.

Teyla hasn't had a chance to meet with Carter yet one on one. I'll be interested to see how that goes. They did their best, but there was no getting around Rachel's baby bump.

The rescue at the end was too easy. The wraith was telling Rodney they were ready for the rescue team. Apparently not so much.

All and all putting aside my bias, it wasn't a bad episode.
