This is just a brief post about Atlantis' ep from last night. I may expand more later. It's more observations from a shipper type of post.
Spoilers for Phantoms and a little of Instinct/Conversion
I've been thinking about the comments regarding the meaning of Sheppard and Ronon's responses to their teammates during their hallucinations. Some have said because Sheppard didn't see Teyla as his enemy it's suppose to say something deep and meaningful about their relationship. And because Ronon saw Teyla as herself and not his enemy that's also suppose to mean something positive about his relationship with her.
So what does Sheppard shooting Rodney and Ronon as well as Ronon shooting at Sheppard and seeing each other as their enemies suppose to say about their relationships?
Personally if a person is crazy in the head because of alien tech or a bite on the arm ;) whatever they do to or with others doesn't reflect on their respective relationships with those others.
Now Teyla who was in her right mind got to see something very personal from John's past. Kind of says to me tptb were trying to create ship. Personally if Elizabeth was with him I'd think it would have been great that Elizabeth got a chance to have such insight to John even though sure she knows the facts having read his file.
Of course I tend to look at what I like and what I see on the screen rather than trying to figure out what the intentions were of tptb. I would also be squeeing so loud everyone across the pond would hear me if John willingly and being of sound mind revealed something about himself to Elizabeth.;D
