Agreed, unfortunately I foolish started reading it knowing there was no season specified.
The thing is Carter is just mentioned. It wouldn't even bother me if Elizabeth is not even a big part of the fic. I get annoyed at just the mention of another leader in Atlantis. Especially when it's Carter.
The fic is from an original character's pov and what it's about so far I don't really expect the expedition leader to play a significant part. All I end up thinking though is here's another author who doesn't like Elizabeth.
Oy, try to read something that's not Sheppard/Weir and who knows what you'll get.
