Another TV show turned movie

Last night I was watching TV and a trailer for a movie comes on during the commercial break. I wasn't paying much attention to it at first and then it took me until the end to realize it was a trailer for the new A-Team movie I had read was going to be made awhile ago.

I don't know what to think about this movie. I loved the A-Team as a kid.

I saw the trailer for it at the cinema and I have to say Murdoch is too pretty...and I just mean it in a sense that he didn't feel crazy enough like the original one, he could have been Face too and that is just wrong and I want Mr T back!

Oh that stinks. I couldn't see Murdoch very well in the preview I saw on TV so I couldn't give a good opinion on that. They just showed a glimpse of him hidden by a cowboy hat. At least I think that was Murdoch.

And I loved Dwight Schultz as Murdoch on the show and still love the actor. And totally agree about Mr T. In fact BA and Murdoch were my favorite characters on the show.

Exactly! BA and Murdoch were just brilliant together and I have so much adoration for Dwight Schultz and his crazy characters it's not gonna be like the show. Not that that was to be expected in the first place just think of the Mission Impossible movies they ruined the whole TV show with it.
Although I think the trailer looked pretty cool and one probably shouldn't compare too much with the original to enjoy it.

I couldn't really tell from the preview I saw but I was wondering if it was going to be similar to the Dukes of Hazaard movie that came out a few years ago. That is to say more of a spoof of the show than playing it straight so to speak.

I think it's supposed to be a proper Movie remake of the show although The A-Team always was a bit on the funny side...
