sg_lab2So I was watching last night's episode of CSI Las Vegas. There was this scene that really bugged me. Spoilers for last night's ep. Catherine was talking to a lab person who was telling Catherine about a suspect. This suspect had a record. The charge was rape. The suspect was a woman who had been a nurse. This former nurse had been at a Christmas party where she put drugs in a male doctor's drink so she could get him to have sex with her.
The thing that bugged me about the scene was the fact that Catherine and the lab person (a woman) seemed amused. I'm sorry, but how is it funny when it's a man who has been sexually violated? It left a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of that episode.
