My cat's obssession with Paper Cups

My cat Zoey is obssessed with these 3 oz. Paper cups I use to put my M&Ms in to eat. She likes it filled with water to drink out of. She even anticipates when I'm about to take one out for myself. I was in the kitchen this evening and she started whining at me. The only thing that would appease her is a paper cup filled with water. And now Toby has followed along with her and now I have two obssessed cats. I wasn't even planning on taking one out for myself this evening.

It is amazing what routines animals get to know. My one dog knew when we were ordering out. She would keep her up like a radar and wait for the knock on the door to tear down the hall barking her head off. One of my boys now LOVES ice cubes. As soon as I pick up a certain cup that my Hubby uses for his cold drinks, puppy butt heads to the refrigerator and stares at me imploringly. He doesn't even wait for me to open the freezer.

LOL. I knew Zoey loved paper cups (Dixie brand to be specific) but it's been awhile since I used one. And her anticipating it really surprised me.

I couldn't believe it last night when I was in the kitchen and she started whining at me. I hadn't even pulled out a paper cup yet. In fact I hadn't even been planning on it but she expected me to. LOL
