Has anyone been finding the time stamps on your comments to people's LJ posts wrong lately?

Yep! I have the same problem. I noticed it the other when I found it weird that a friend of mine, who's French, posted at 4am.

It displays the way it does if you weren't signed in to LJ with that (UTC). I had to double check I was signed in. I hadn't seen anyone else say anything so was wondering.
