Okay I watched Irresponsible. It was okay. Nothing I'd want to watch over and over. And that's all I'm saying about that because I have no desire to nitpick over an episode of a TV show.

Anyone got any fic to recommend? I want some fluff/humor. I'm not really in the mood for ship though.

I'm in a crappy mood. My cat tried to step on the stove with a burner still hot. It was turned off, but was in the middle of cooling.

The thought of Christmas is stressing me out and I don't even have to do that much. Although I have to get presents and I have no idea what I'm getting. I have no idea what I'm doing for Christmas. My family and I always do something with another family I've known my whole life. But now that us "kids" are all grown up it's harder to get schedules together.

We get so caught up on schedules, money and traditions; it's easy to forget what Christmas is suppose to be about.

I hear ya on the Christmas stress. With so much going on, and trying to keep up with the shopping and such that needs to get done, Christmas ends up being more about stress and frantic errand-running than it should be. :(

I think I'm going to wrap presence at my dad's this year. He lives next door. That way I won't have to deal with my cats. Last year I had a gift bag on the dinner table. There was a ribbon tied on the handle. It was tucked into the bag, but Abby managed to get ahold of it anyway. I chased her around the living room to get it from her, but she managed to eat it anyway. A few minutes later it made a re-appearance. ;)

Well, I don't worry too much about decorations myself. Mainly because of the cats. I have a ceramic christmas tree from my grandmother that lights up. It has these little decorations that are stuck in holes all over the tree. The light comes through. That's all the decoration I'm doing.

My sister is coming to town for Christmas. She'll be coming from Argentina where she is right now. The place she works in North Carolina sent her there to train someone her job.

Once the day comes I think I'll be feeling better. It's the intervening weeks that's really a stresser for me.
