These season finales are killing me

sg_lab2NCIS and NCIS LA, what kind of season finales are these. I haven't even been all that into NCIS for a while now and was only half watching the season finale but then you have Tobias Fornell in Gibbs' cross-hairs literally.
Then on NCIS LA Deeks kisses Kinsie which is more than they've shown between Tony and Ziva not that I care much. But this has to spell doom for Deeks. I mean they've kissed, it's gotta be over for Deeks now. And after that bit of torture. OMG, how can he survive? Also that was the most horrifying scene I have ever witnessed on this show.
