Have you ever had a show you just really loved? Loved all the characters? And one day there was an episode that had you sitting stunned, jaw practically hitting the floor?
That was tonight's episode of Numb3rs for me. All I knew about the episode was what was shown in the previews on TV. The announcer during the commercial said basically one of the main characters was going to betray the others. What he did was something I never would have guessed in a million years. I honestly thought whatever it was could be forgiven and fixed somehow later on.
I was so wrong. Colby Granger was revealed to be a double agent. He betrayed his team, his country. There's no fixing this one. He'll get either life in prison or death. I'm shocked, stunned. I almost felt like crying there for a while after watching the episode. I still may.
The bright spot was Megan returning. Unfortunately no Larry tonight. She was gone for a little while to do something for the Department of Justice I think. Whatever she did for them did a real number on her. It's changed her. It'll be interesting to find out what she did for those six weeks next season. I read this will carry over to next season.
Larry's changed too. His time on the space station really impacted him. It should be interesting what will happen between Larry and Megan.
