Doctor Who

I gotta admit I find it interesting when I come across people who say they think Doctor Who is scary. (as in hide behind the couch, can't sleep with the lights out scary) I suppose if I were twenty to twenty-five years younger the last couple years of the show might be a little scary, but having seen some of the older episodes...umm no. Way too cheesy for me to find those episodes remotely scary.
Tonight's episode was 42. During the episode I was going in and out of the room cleaning up from dinner and trying to get a snack as well as something to drink. And the commercials seemed oddly short. So I may have missed a few details here and there.
Anyway I went to GW to see what others thought of the episode. Am I the only one who thought of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy when seeing the title of the episode? And then I somehow missed the meaning of the episode title until I went to GW thread for the episode. I don't know whether to feel clever for noticing the connection or idiotic for missing the actual meaning of the episode title. :D
And speaking of people discussing episodes of TV shows; my biggest pet peeve about that is when people go on and on about how this episode or that episode was a rip off of the episode in another show.
