Iowa Caucus
Jan. 5th, 2012 01:08 pmOn Tuesday we had the Iowa Caucus. And since I live in Iowa the national programming was preempted locally for Caucus coverage. One of those shows I usually record for my mother.
According to my TV the show was suppose to start at 2:07 AM this morning. So I set my VCR adding several extra minutes at the end and set my DVR just to be on the safe side.
This morning I checked my recording and found I recorded about an hour and a half of a cartoonish image of a city skyline with the words 'ABOUT FUNNY' in bold. No sound, just this image for the entirety of the recording. Looking at my DVR there was no recording listed.
I hate when I have to record something in the middle of the night when it's not its normal scheduled time.
